Because of the variety of work we perform, our employees have the flexibility to work on a range of projects in different settings, from residential to commercial to industrial. We particularly involve apprentices in gaining experience in each of these applications so that they continuously gain knowledge and become well-rounded, prepared professionals. This commitment to learning also extends to new technologies as electrical and lighting systems are constantly evolving.
There are often many career advancement opportunities right here within the company. Those with the right experience may even advance into managerial roles—it’s not unusual to find project managers and estimators that started as helpers here years ago.
